Economic-financial analysis procedure to make decisions inadministrative management

Abstract

Cuban organizations are undergoing transformations due to strategies that the country has established with the purpose of advancing and inserting itself in the world economy. The Center
for Information and Technological Management of Santiago de Cuba does not have an
instrument to face these changes, so it proposes to design a procedure that allows it to determine its current economic-financial situation and predict its evolution in the future in terms of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. For this, methods and techniques such as analysis and
synthesis, direct observation, documentary review, surveys of decision makers and personnel
specialized in the subject of economics and finance, the Delphi method were used; It was concluded that with the application of the procedure it was possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and it constitutes an important tool in the decision-making
process.
