Diagnosis of investigative work training and work practice. Application of the Promethee method

The article "Diagnosis of investigative work training and work practice. Application of the Promethee method" proposes guidelines to diagnose the state of training of future professionals in the degree in biology education. It is based on the application of the Promethee multicriteria method for the statistical processing. A questionnaire was applied to four clusters of the sample, resulting in 4th academic year students being better prepared in terms of their professional pedagogical skills. In turn, the needs for improvement in current training are identified, such as overcoming the fragmented approach. , strengthen the preparation of teachers and the participation of students, and deepen the link with investigative work practice. Such problems can be prevented from an integrative, interdisciplinary approach, with emphasis on problem-based learning, critical and creative thinking. It is recommended to implement the proposal and carry out research to delve deeper into the topic.
