UNIVERSITY-PUBLIC-PRIVATE ACTORS ALLIANCE IN FAVOR OF LOCAL DEVELOPMENT IN HOLGUIN-CUBA

Abstract

The process of updating the Cuban economic and social model presupposes promoting territorial progress based on the country's strategy, so that municipalities are strengthened as a fundamental instance. The objective is to characterize alliances of the University of Holguín with public and private actors in the creation of capacities in favor of local development. Theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis were used to examine the research problem; the inductive-deductive to formulate criteria about the bibliography consulted, the unity of the logical-historical, in addition to empirical level methods such as participant observation and information search.
