Overview of Corporate Social Responsibility in tourism in Scopus

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility, sustainable tourism management and creation of value in the destination are some of the topics that are currently generating most interest. The objective of the research is to map and know the current state of scientific production on corporate social responsibility in tourism available in the Scopus database. The bibliometric method was used. The information was processed in the Biblioshiny application of the Bibliometrix package of RStudioCloud. Productivity and citation indicators, authors, countries, journals were calculated. Seoki Lee was identified as the most productive author with the greatest impact; Sustainability (Switzerland) as the most relevant source and the International Journal of Hospitality Management as the most cited journal. Finally, a content analysis was carried out to identify the environmental behavior of employees and corporate social responsibility as a strategy for improvement as research trends.
