Internal Communication Analysis in Management. Case Study: ¨Mirador de Mayabe¨ Villa

Abstract

This study came true in Mayabe's Villa Mirador, placed at Holguín Cuba's, and operated for the Islazul Hotels Group. The objective has been diagnosing the internal communication of the village as part of the perfecting of its management. The focus of this investigation is descriptive, being used technical quantitative and qualitative. The used methodology consists of three phases, six stages and fifteen steps, directed to asses of the internal communication at the village, being used a probability sampling stratified in the selection of the sample. They used instruments like the revision of documents, the nonparticipating observation, opinion polls, Odiorne's test and semi-structured interviews. Results allow knowing the present-day situation of the elements of the internal communication of the village. This investigation considers itself relevant when does not have accomplished this type of study with this reach of late years, and constitutes an opportunity to develop reassessments on the subject matter.
