Abstract

The present investigation was carried out in the heavy transport company International NTERCITI S.A, in Santo Domingo Ecuador. With the aim of characterizing the corporate image that the company has before its different audiences. For this, a survey was applied to the various target audiences and a radar graph was prepared that allowed integrating the
results by dimensions. As a result, it was possible to determine that there are factors that affect the image, among these are customer service, availability of the service and lack of knowledge about customer needs. Based on these results, an improvement plan was
formulated aimed at modifying internal policies.
