Logistic model for the management of technical services in hotel industries

The purpose is the theoretical and empirical analysis, with the application of multivariate
statistics for the identification of the essential variables that intervene in the technical service processes of the hotel industry and the creation of a theoretical model for its management.
The methodology used allows the selection of the variables from the theoretical order, which
are comprehensively subjected to expert analysis to confirm their existence in the practical
object of study; then the evaluation methods of the variables and their relationships were designed. The main results were achieved after the systematic application of the designed methodology, observing the existence of three essential dimensions that affect the management of technical services, which allowed the formation of a theoretical model, contributing from the logistical approach to integration of this subsystem as part of business management
