This article approach a study conducted on indicators that favor the evaluation of job training. The sample chosen to apply the tool was the “Lázaro Peña” Cigar Company of the Holguín municipality. An analysis is carried out on the indicators used worldwide in the evaluation of the impact of training in the business sector and the use of an evaluation model composed of indicators is proposed as a theoretical basis to improve the evaluation method existing in the Company, highlighting that The theoretical basis of the proposed indicators is constituted by the postulates of the Kirkpatrick model. This method took some key budgets combined with socio-cultural indicators taking into account the reality witnessed in the Cigar Company, which allowed the analysis to be carried out in an organized manner by development levels.
