Effectiveness of Seizures and Auctions in Executive Processes within the Ecuadorian Procedural System

The auction of seized assets in Ecuadorian legislation is the procedure applied to movable and immovable property, rights, or shares of the debtor, due to an unpaid debt, through which the necessary financial resources are collected to comply with the enforcement order. In this research, an analysis was conducted on the evolution of these processes through the General Organic Code of Processes and how they have influenced the speed and effectiveness of judgment enforcement.The objective is to examine the efficiency and impact of seizures and auctions in executive proceedings within the Ecuadorian procedural system during the enforcement phase, ensuring the satisfaction of creditors' rights and adherence to due process.
