This research addresses speech therapy care for primary school students with hearing impairment. The objective is to develop a theoretical-methodological conception for speech therapy intervention. The review of scientific literature and the diagnostic study conducted in the Mayarí region revealed inconsistencies in the prevailing conception of speech therapy care and the models applied in educational practice. The proposed contribution reflects new theoretical knowledge about speech therapy care from an inclusive perspective. It includes the foundations that guide the pedagogical actions of personal agents and the enhancement of verbal communication in schoolchildren with hearing impairments. The implementation of empirical methods in practice, along with results obtained through case studies, participant observation, interviews, and surveys, highlights the complexity of the phenomenon under study. Additionally, it reveals the dynamics of relationships and elements involved in this process.
