Misogyny as a characteristic or psychological pathology of a femicidal persons

Misogyny, the hatred of women for being women, which implies repudiation, disdain and contempt, is a psychological pathology that must be present so that any person, just out of hatred for gender, can manifest violence of all kinds against women, going so far as to end their life, for that sole reason. However, currently this is being confused with machismo which, although it implies contempt and violence, does not have the same characteristics or roots. When talking about femicide, it is essential, then, to have an expert report that rules on the presence or not, of Misogyny, in the person prosecuted for the crime of femicide. To reach these conclusions, the objective is: Evaluate the relevance of having a forensic psychological opinion to accredit misogyny as a pathology suffered by the femicidal person in criminal cases. And a methodological approach of qualitative research and scientific methods such as: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and inductive are applied.
