This study analyzes the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction among healthcare personnel in public hospitals through a qualitative systematic review of recent research. It identifies that this leadership style, based on motivation, individualized consideration, shared vision, and intellectual stimulation, promotes positive work environments, improves team cohesion, and increases institutional commitment. Evidence shows that transformational leadership is associated with higher satisfaction, better performance, and staff retention, which are key elements for labor well-being and quality of service in the health sector. Additionally, the importance of organizational learning and active staff participation in decision-making is highlighted to enhance these positive effects. Finally, the need to promote transformational leadership training programs in public hospitals is emphasized to strengthen human resources and improve patient care.
