Procedure for designing commercial strategies for natural tourist parks

Effective destination marketing management is of particular importance in meeting the growing demands of visitors. Natural Tourist Parks represent a viable alternative for diversifying tourism offerings while simultaneously sustaining planned revenue levels. In line with these considerations, the present study aims to propose a procedure to design marketing strategies through collaboration among different stakeholders to enhance the commercialization of the Cristóbal Colón Natural Tourist Park, increase tourist flows, and improve visitor satisfaction with the products and services offered. The research employed both theoretical and empirical methods, which contributed to the theoretical framework, the identification of challenges hindering successful commercialization, and the formulation of solutions to address these issues.
