Determination of the level of maturity with a focus on the control of its management

The organizational system operates today in a dynamic, competitive and unpredictable environment, where their maturity will be the weapon to face any internal or external change. This presupposes that the Socioeconomic management model must be imposed proactively in this system, increasing the maturity of these organizations in a nation. The objective of this article is to determine the level of maturity in an organization. For this, maturity is addressed based on the integration of modern improvement philosophies such as management control tools such as strategic management, by processes and risks, through two aspects, internal and external maturity. The result is the level of maturity in different organizations with different characteristics such as a hotel, an electrical company, a higher education entity and a hospital, as well as the breakdown of maturity by each independent factor, allowing organizations to strengthen their performance over time
