In education, gamification is a strategy that uses game elements to engage students through dynamic and innovative classes. However, in the teaching of Natural Sciences in Basic General Education (EGB), traditional methods based on memorization and theory still prevail. Therefore, this qualitative, non-experimental, and exploratory research aims to design a gamified strategy to improve the formation of concepts about the human body and health in EGB students. It proposes an adaptable strategy that considers the teacher's role, technology, students’ age, and curriculum, promoting meaningful learning and collaborative skills. Additionally, it opens the door to future, more in-depth research on the topic.
