Actionsystem to improve the quality of executive training

Abstract

The training of managers with high quality and relevance directly impacts the socioeconomic
life of the country and makes it possible to qualitatively improve processes, products and
services. Hence the urgent need to respond to this problem from a coherent system of continuous training for managers, which provides pertinent responses to the needs of the institution and processes it runs, its own characteristics and training needs, as well as the
environment in which it develops. The proposal summarizes eight years of experience in the application of a system of actions that has impacted in raising the quality of training achieved by managers and therefore the effectiveness of their work in achieving the goals of the organizations they lead.
